How do I return something?
We regrettably do not offer returns or exchanges. For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work on refunding or reshipping you our items.
Our policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.
If you request order cancellation within 24 hours, we will refund the entire amount of the order (minus a $5 cancellation charge). Order changes are free of cost.
